1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website gemproconsult.cloud or engaging the services of Gem Pro Consult, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any segment of these terms, you must cease using our consulting services immediately.

2. Professional Consultation Scope

Gem Pro Consult acts as an independent advisory firm for government bidding and compliance. Our services cover technical compilation, profile audits, Udyam setups, ISO audit management, and catalog uploading. The client acknowledges that final tender approval depends strictly on government departments and external bidding portals. We do not guarantee tender wins or financial contract awards.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our firm for bid management or corporate registrations must fulfill the following guidelines:

• Provide 100% accurate, complete, and legally authentic documents (including turnover figures, past work orders, and quality compliance proofs).
• Ensure that Class 3 Digital Signature Keys (DSC) are securely coordinated and authorized exclusively for target submissions.
• Verify technical specifications in final BOQ templates before authorizing our bid managers to upload files.
• Submit target tender review requests at least 48 business hours prior to portal closing dates. We are not responsible for portal gateway delays.

4. Fees & Payments

Service fees for consultation, licensing setups, and bid preparation are negotiated and finalized before commencement. Invoices are payable in Indian Rupees (INR). Unless specified otherwise in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), all payment installments for portal setups or ISO processing are non-refundable once portal fees or registration files have been processed.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The code layout, branding, style systems, and articles displayed on this website are the property of Gem Pro Consult and are protected by applicable intellectual property regulations. Client bid folders compiled by our staff remain the commercial property of the respective client, subject to confidentiality guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Gem Pro Consult or its advisors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including bidding earnest money (EMD) forfeitures, contract cancellations by government buyers, or portal gateway system crashes.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all compliance engagements will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these terms or update our service catalog at any time. Clients are advised to review this page periodically to keep updated on legal changes.
